In honour of Incan sun god, Inti, we’re hosting a very special evening of sun inspired dining.
Spectacularly decorated performers dressed in Peruvian inspired costumes, will host the evening as guests enjoy a dinner to remember.
Our salute to Inti will include exclusive gold inspired food and drink, capturing the essence of summer in our open air restaurant. Sip on our sun drenched Sangre Y Oro cocktail with COYA Pisco infused with fresh raspberries, dark rum, lime juice, raspberry sorrel, mint and chocolate bitters. Complete the evening with a luxurious Illanka chocolate dessert complemented by praline, raspberry sorbet and Zacapa 23yr dark rum.
